I am starting to see small changes which is exciting! Everything is going well, I’m eating more and I feel so much better!
Going from 1700 calories over 2100 +

Seeing my body change week to week is by far the most gratifying experience! It’s so easy to under eat and having Sonja increase my calories has shown me that! No wonder I wasn’t progressing.

I just wanted to say Thank You for coaching me, i literally am feeling so good and i am the happiest ive been in a long time. I know im not where i want to be yet, and i still have a way to go but i feel like im on track!
